To whom it may concern:

     I am writing this letter in the interest of Ms. Shaylah Ware. I have observed her in a teaching position that allows her to maximize the knowledge, skills and experience that she has acquired while working in a professional capacity. 

     I believe that her commitment is the driving force for her pursuit of a degree in Early Childhood Education that will enable her to work full-time in a Child Development Center in one of Chicago’s underserved communities.     

     Some of her personal attributes include:  the ability to motivate children to learn; and to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and community representatives.  She also has strong classroom and project management skills that are critical in today’s classrooms.  Further, I feel that her experience in working with diverse populations and with the personal computer is a plus in achieving positive results.   I strongly recommend her to continue to pursue her career in the field of Early Childhood Education.
